RII 90-A-0042 - ALLEGATION As discussed on March 30, 1990, between Mr. W. Bradford of my staff and Mr. P. McKee of your staff, this letter is in reference to an allegation received by the NRC. The enclosure to this letter provides the details relative to this issue. The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy or validity of the information supplied by the informant. The enclosed information is provided J for your review so that you can take appropriate action. The enclosed information is being supplied in confidence and is not being placed in the Public Document Room. Appropriate safeguards should be applied to the enclosed information in view of its unsubstantiated nature. The enclosure contains sufficient information for follow-up and you are requested to initiate a review of this concern and provide us with your findings. You are requested to provide your findings to us within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
