REQUEST FOR RELIEF FROM AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (ASME) CODE, SECT 10N XI REQUIREMENTS - CALVERT CLIFFS UNIT 1, TAC NO. 69365 By letters dated September 15 and 29,1988, you requested schrdular relief from submitting Form NIS-2, "0wner's Report for Repairs or Replacements." ASME Code,Section XI, Article IWA 6220(b)(10), requires the report be filed 90 days following an outage. You requested an additional 30 days to prepare and submit the required Form NIS-2 which was due on October 2, 1988. The required report was subsequently filed on November 1, 1988.
Since the report has been filed and we have failed to ap3 rove or deny your request in a timely manner, there is no need of any furtier action on our part. We are, therefore, closing the above referenced TAC number.
