We are in agreement that the concerns raised need to be addressed. We are of the opinion that more work needs to be done before proceeding with full scale development of a technical position. Therefore, we suggest that the work be initiated, and upon completion of an internal draft technical position, the subject be revisited to determine the most effective way to communicate our concerns to the Department of Energy.
