SUMMARY
OF OPEliATING EXPERIENCE February, 1981 February 1, load was reduced to 490 MW OP Elt ATIO NS: On for Heater Dra in Purp raintenance. The unit was re turned to full load on the same day.
On . February 11, load uas reduced tc 225 'MW for condenser water box tube inspection. The unit was returned to full lead cn February 12.
On Februa ry 14, load was reduced tc 500 MW for substation transforner maintenance. The unit was returned to full load cn the same day. -
On February 27, load was reduced to 490 MW for lle a t e r Drain Pump maintenance. The unit was returned to full load on the sane day.
On Fe bru ar y 2 8, the plant tripfed on a stean/ feed flow rismatch and stean genura tcr Icw level when an in stru ne nt air line to a feedwater regulating valve ruptured and the valve went shut. The unit was returned to service on the sare day.
-HAINTENANCE: Hoplaced a faulty relay in a steam dump controller.
Replaced a detector tube in a radiation monitor.
Depaired the unste gas compressors which were not punping to full capacity.
Deplaced a damaged sta rter for . a control roon. Air con di tion er.
Rebuilt the fuel transfer air noter.
