Gray File We have recently completed our review of the " Phase I" reload application for Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Cycle 6, which was submitted by your letter of November 19, 1981. Ourrreview of Phase T included the methods described in CEN-124(B)-P, " Statistical Combination of Uncertainties", January and March 1980, and CEN-191(B)-P, "CETOP-D Code Structure and Model Methods for Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2",

December 1981. Based upon our review, we conclude that the above referenced methods are appropriate and suitable for referencing in reload applications for Calvert Cliffs Unit 1.
