JULY 3 0138 Reactor taken critical after replacement and testing of relay AP-4B that caused unit trip.

JULY 6 0142 Unit 1 turbine at full load of 403 H.W. with all control valves open.

JULY 6 1600 Unit i load temporarily limited to 390 M.W. and 90%

reactor power to limit steam generator carryover.

JULY 11 0935 Unit I tripped from Loop "C" low flow indication caused by a leak at the transmitter equalizing valve.

JULY 12 1835 Reactor taken critical.

JULY 14 1813 Fire on No. I diesel generator caused by lube oil leaking from a broken gauge connection.

JULY 14 1820 Fire extinguished at No.1 diesel generator.
