The Con ~ission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 26 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Huclear Generating Station in response to your application for amendnent dated January 8,1982.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to:
I (1) nornit the interspace hetueen prinary and secondary closures of the stean cencrator codules to be naintained at a pressure sliqhtly above cold reScat stean pressure; and (2) set a linit on the possible release of prinary coolant activity through the primary closure seals of no greater than 1.4 curies per day.
1 A copy of the Safety Evaluation supporting this amndment and the related Federal Renister Notice are also enclosed.
