Revised Control Area Sign-In Procedure, effecti've November 11, 1975, requires that certain types of information, including name and RWP number, be entered on the sign-in sheet by individuals entering the Controlled Area.

Contrary to the abcve requirement on June 8,1977, an individual was found in the Controlled Area who had not signed in on the sheets provided in the Security Room.
