Parry Nuclear Power Plant, Units I and 2: Errors and Onissions in FSAR, Tabic 3.2-1 As a result of our review we have identified a number of errors and omissions in FSAR Table 3.2-1 which are listed in Enclosure 1.
Corrections should be made at.cordingly and a revised table furnished to close out this open item for the final SER.

ENCLOSURE 1 Perry Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50 440 and 50-441 The following comments are based on the MEB review of Table 3.2-1 of the Perry FSAR. This table should be revised to the satisfaction of the MEB in a future knendment to the FSAR.
Table 3.2-1 Page 3.2-9 The reference to note (7) is incorrectly located adjacent to item I-7, Control Rods. Note (7) should be located adjacent to item II-3, Piping, relief valve discharge.
Page 3.2-11 As the CRD water return line has been deleted in accordance with NUREG-0619, items IV-1, " Valves, isolation, water return i
line", and IV-5, " Piping, water return line within isolation valves", should be deleted including note 9 on page 3.2-31.
Page 3.2-15 The Principal Construction Code for item XII-6 is incorrectly identified as ANSI B31.10.
The correct code is ANSI B31.1.
Page 3.2-22 Identify the major components of the diesel generator ancillary systems such as (1) cooling water system.
(2) starting air system, (3) lube oil system, and (4) combustion air intake and exhaust system.
Page 3.2-28 The Principal Construction Code for item XXXV-30,f is incorrectly identified sSection III, Class 3.
The correct code isSection III, Ciass 2.
General Include the following items in Table 3.2-1:
(1) Hydrogen recombiners, and (2) Spent Fuel Pool and Liner.
Identify the applicable Safety Class, Quality Group, Principal Construction Code and Seismic Category for each item.
