In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30 (c) (1) (1), South Carolina Electric and Gas Canpany, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, herewith files sixty-three (63) sets of Amendment No. 30 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Virgil C. Suntner Nuclear Station. The material subnitted contains three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) conformed copies thereof.

furnished to help insert Amendment 30 into the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear l
Station FSAR.
Since in most cases the original FSAR contains information printed on both sides of a sheet of loose leaf paper, a new sheet is furnished to replace sheets containing superseded material. As a result, the front or back of a sheet may contain information that is merely reprinted rather thaq changed.
Discard the old sheetc and insert the new sheets, as listed below, keep these ins truction sheets in front of the Volume I to serve as a record of c'tanges.
