By letter dated December 30, 1981, we informed your Company that a total of
$5,200 in fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was due for your applications dated October 26 and 30,1981. These applications related to a temporary change to the Technical Specifications for relief from LCO 4.2.7.C (PCRV Pressurization) and to TMI-2 Lessons Learned Technical Specification Changes for the Fort St. Vrain Generating Station. The $5,200 has not been received by us; therefore, it should be remitted to our office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
