6.4 TRAINING 6.4.1 A retraining and replacement training program for the unit, staff shall be maintained under the direction of the appropriate Assistant Plant Superintendent and shall meet or exceed the requirements and reccommendations of Section 5.5 of ANSI N18.1-1971 and Appendix "A" of 10 CFR Part 55 and the supplemental requirements specified in Section A and C of Enclosure 1 of the March 28,1980 NRC letter to all licensees, and shall include familiarization with relevant ~
industry operational experience identified by the ISEG.

UNIT 1/2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The purpose of this proposed change to the SNP unit 1 and 2 technical specifications to reflect the recent SNP reorganization and to make. the PORC membership consistent with other TVA plants. The reorganization within the Division of Nuclear Power (NUC PR) established three assistant Plant Superintendents as indicated on Figure 6.2-2. Each of these superintendents is responsible for the training and/or retraining of that respective portion of the unit staff under his supervision. ,
