y This refers to the Comission's February 11, 1981 Order to Modif Linase which requested the filing of either a radiological contingency plaQtNM;\\
request for reduction in possession limits of radioactive materials.
c response to your letter dated April 8,1981, the Order for License SNH-;.1 was modified on May 13, 1981, to allow an additional period of time for pur Company to comply therewith.
Requests for extension of time to comply with fiRC Orders are subject to fees; however, through an oversight, your requast for extension was processed with-out payment of the prescribed fee-We reauest, therefore, that you remit an amendment fee of $150 as specified in fee Category 1B of Section 170.31 of Part 170. Payment should be made to the U.S. fluclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to the attention of Douglas Weiss, Silver Spring Office.
