Dear Mr. Denton:
In response to connents fran your Equipnent Qualification Branch during and subsequent to the July 20-24, 1981, audit of environnental qualification Irograms for the Virgil C. Sungner Nuclear Station, South Carolina Electric and Gas Canpany hereby subnita twenty-five (25) nonproprietary copies and twenty (20) proprietary copies of Revision 4 to our NUREG 0588 response of Septanber 24, 1980, as revised by Revision 1, 2, and 3 of January 15, Ebbruary 11, aM June 19, 1981 respectively. Revision 4 supersedes aM replaces previous versions of the NUREG 0588 report.
As this subnittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld fran public disclosure by the Ccmnission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b) (4) of Section 2.790 of the Cannission's regulations.
