6 47g if By letter dated January 7,1982 you responded to ou'r letter dated December 2,1981 requesting that you modify your Safeguards Contingency Plan because of an inconsistency between that plan and the Security Plan for La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
We have reviewed the changes to your Safeguards Contingency Plan submitted by your response and have detennined that they are acceptable.
The enclosure to your letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, being protected against unauthorized disclosure.
