The Commission has issued Amendment No. 50 to Facility Operating Lic'ense!.i /
No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Nuclear Plant. This amendment is in response to your request dated January 8,1982. The amendment consists of a tem-porary change to the Technical Specifications in response to your January 8,1982 telecopied request. This amendmeni. was authorized by telephone on January 8,1982 and was confirmed by letter dated January 8, 1982.
The amendment replaces Figure 4-1 with Table 4-1 concerning pressure-temperature limits, as proposed September 18, 1981, until the plant is shutdown for refuel 1.ig.
This amendment was issued on an expedited basis to permit the plant to go back to po,ier after the scram which occurred on January 7s 1982.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
