In addition, a SNEC Radioation Safety Officer was appointed and a SNEC Dosimetry Supervisor was ap-pointed.

2.

"A summary of entries into the Containment Vessel oe Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility and reasons for entry."

Entries were made into the Containment Vessel and Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility as follows:

Date Purpose 3/19/81 Site Inspection 3/24/81 Quarterly Inspection 4/1/81,4/20/81,4/21/81 Radioative and Photographic Surveys for Dismantling

3.

Broken 'coof drains in the Control and Auxiliary Building were repaired.

4.

"Results of surveys of radioactivity levels and of water sample analyses."

The results of the 1981 Quarterly Inspections of the facility are as follows:

Radiation levels at the exclusion area fence were less than 0.1 mR/hr; radiation levels on the Containment Vessel breather pipe filter were less than 0.15 mR/hr; radiation levels of the 20 permanently marked survey points in the Containment Vessel ranged from less then 0.05 to 0.18 mR/hr (fixed) and from less than 500 dpm to 1780 dpm (loose); radiation levels in the Containment Vessel above elevation 812' were less than 0.1 mR/hr.

Analysis of water samples taken from the RWDF, Tunnel and Containment sump are as follows:
