The Saxton Technical Specifications require that Saxton submit to the Commission, on an annual basis, a written report covering the status of the decommissioned facility.
In compliance with Paragraph B.5.b of the Technical Specifications, Saxton herewith sub-mits a report for the period January 1,1981, through December 31, 1981.
