Dear Mr. Varga:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p), Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) herewith transmits five (5) copies of Revision 2 of the Security Training and Qualification Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
Revision 2 of the Security Training and Qualification Plan contains no changes which would decrease the effectiveness of the Plan or the level of security provided. The reason for this revision is the desire for a realistic but attainable test of marksmanship ability for those members of the security organization who may be armed with the rifle.
While the information submitted herewith is not considered to be Safeguards Information, it is requested that the attached be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
