We wish to discontinue our Special Nuclear Material license (SNM-1705, Reference No. 70-2383) at this time. Attached please find four (4) copies of NRC form 314.
Included also is a copy of our Medical Isotopes Cmmittee Minutes in which is stated our decision to discontinue at this time a:x1 the fact that no materials were ever purchased under this license.
