SUBJECT:

SAN ONOFRE UNIT 2 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS The report requested by the ASLB on implementation af the emergency preparedness of Southern California Edison Company for San Onofre Unit 2 is enclosed.

"he licensee has informed Region V that the emergency plan maintenance procedure which was not completed at the time of the Region report is now in place.

As noted in the Region V report the procedure covering Emergency Plan Training was being used in draft form. We conclude that all training and procedures are adequate for low power operation and that the plan is in effect the extent needed for low power operation.
