processed.. The-appraisal and, follow-up inspection.confirmed that the emergency plan;imiplment.ing procedures'were in effectrand-impIemented.-the Emergency Plan.

A formal emergency preparednesstraining program has been established and implemented.

'Somei.improvements to the program were made during the appraisal.

At the time' of the :fol:low-up inspection, a contractor was auditing. the.emergency plans.train.ing reconds to, assist thu. applicant.ir determing what emergency! plan:

appraisal and: follow-upoinspection.findings,it appears that mostoof the iemergency preparedness traininglof the'applicant/s, employees associated with Units 2iand.

Because of recent changes in the emergencyeresponse plan.1for the: onsite Bechtel employees andAtheir subcontractors, a training session on thist matter mad been scheduled for thensafety meetings conducted on February 1, 1,982.

During the: remainder of' the-weeklthis trainingwill be;giyen to those persons who missed. the safety meetings.and the office personnel.

It is~concluded that all the required training will be completed prior-to the time of fuel -loading.
