This anendnent changes the date by which the Comnission must confirm the adequacy i
of the hydrogen control system from January 31, 1982, to prior to startup following the first refueling outage.
l A' copy of the related safety evaluation report supporting Amendnent No.13 to Facil-ity Operating License HPF-9 is enclosed. Also enclosed is a copy of a related notice which has been fonvarded to the 0ffice of the Federal Register for publica-tion.
