This refers to your letter dated August 3, 1981, in response to our letter
dated July 10, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of
your licensed program.
Regarding review of your current facility operating procedures, based on a
September 22, 1981 telephone discussion between Mr. D. R. Harris, Director RPI
Critical Facility and Mr. R. Nimitz of this office, a preliminary review of
the procedures was performed during May 1981. This preliminary review did not
identify any procedural shortcomings but did identify the need for a more
extensive review. This review is to be performed by a new Critical Facility
-
Supervisor by December 31, 1981.
