taken to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC Licensa
No. DPR-77 and DPR-79 brought to your attention

In light of the additional information you have provided regarding item
50-327/81-38-01 and 50-328/81-47-01, the reference to the two lieutenants will

be disregarded and the citation will be based on the violation regarding the
public safety officer.
We will examine your corrective actions a.?d plans during subsequent
inspections.
