AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION Comes now PORTLAND GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (PGE), ET AL, the Applicant above named and submits Amendment No. 13 to the Pebble Springs Nuclear Plant Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) portion of the Application for a Construction Permit in the form attached hereto. This Amendment consists of amended and supplementary material to be inserted in the PSAR in accordance with the instructions which accompany it.
The material in this amendment responses to all applicable items discussed in new paragraph (f) to 10 CFR 50.34, Additional TMI-related Requirements (47 FR 2286, dated Janaury 15, 1982). The material in this Amendment is also responsive to the NRC staff guidance contained in NUREG-0718, Revision 1.
