The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and ~ representative :

records, observations, independent measurements,.and interviews with-personnel.

During this inspection, no items of noncompliance were identified for Licenses No. 21-01333-01, No. 21-01333-03MD, and No. SNM-1366; however, for License No. 21-01333-02, certain of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requircraents, as described -in the enclosed Appendix.

In addition to the above areas, the inspector examined corrective actions described in your letter dated May 15, 1980, regarding apparent items of noncompliance found during our February 5-8, 1980' inspection. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
