This item is related to the concerns identified in NRC Inspection & Enforcement (I&E) Information Notice 81-33, " Locking Devices Inadequately Installed on Main Steam Isolation Valves."

An evaluation has been performed which shows that this item does not meet the criteria of 10CFR50.55(e) and, therefore, is not reportable. Thus, this item is considered closed.
