Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In my September 28, 1981 letter which transmitted a revised date for the full compliance to action taken to correct the infraction identified in the above referenced Inspection Report, it was stated that full compliance would be achieved by November 1, 1981. In order to allow time to review and resolve extensive comments on the QA procedtire revision, full compliance will now be achieved by January 1,1982.
