70% rated power level.
i Since receipt of the July 11 letter, the material contained therein has i
been reviewed, records of calibrations / functional tests have been examined and a number of discussions relative to this' matter have been held with members of your staff.
Based on this effort we have concluded that calibration and/or testing for all Class A, B and C instruments, as defined in your letter, has been completed with the exception of those instruments which can only be calibrated and/or tested during a refueling outage and those instruments which must be modified to provide calibration and/or test-ing capability, it is our understanding that these instrumentc, identified below, are to be calibrated and/or functionally tested prior to resuming operation following the first refueling outage to occur... currently scheduled for early January,1979.
