Order Extending Construction Completion Dates - Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2 In response to your request of July 22, 1981, the Nuclear Regulatory Comission has issued an Order extending the construction completion dates for the liidland Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The referenced Order extends the latest construction com-pletion dates specified in CPPR-81 and CPPR-82 to December 1,1984 and July 1, 1984, respectively.
A copy of the Order, the staff safety evaluation, negative declaration and environ-mental impact appraisal are enclosed for your inforr.ation. The Order and the negative declaration have been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
