Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station We have reviewed your response to generic letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events. Our review was to confim that the subject procedures and training either currently exist or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plant. Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.

You indicated that procedures and interim training for station blackout have been implemented at your plant. Additional training will be added to the 1982 Requalification Program. We find this implementation schedule acceptable.
