5.3.6 Recommendations i
Brown & Root should review the three potentially deficient NCR's identified by the Task Force.
Brown & Root should determine if a further review of the other NCR's, CAR's and FREA's is necessary to insure that the actions taken to resolve the problems were in compliance with the codes and were adequate to ensure the integrity of the welds.
