ENCLOSURE Docket Nos. 70-2609/2885 License Nos. SNM-1802/1833 License Conditions The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled, " Security Plan for Special Nuclear Materials Security for Commonwealth Edison Company, LaSalle County Station, " Revision 1, dated July 16, 1980; as amended by Revision 2 (undated) submitted by Commonwealth Edison Company letter dated November 16, 1981.
The licensee shall insure upon receipt of special nuclear material that,
- 1) the integrity of the container and seals is checked and 2) the shipper is noti?ied of the receipt of the material as required in 10 CFR 70.54.
The licensee shall submit, for NRC approvil, no less than 120 days prior r
to shipping, exporting or importing special nuclear material, revisions to the approved security plan outlining the licensee's program to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67(g),
