On January 4 - 6, 1982, members of the NRC staff from the Region Office will be meeting with applicant representatives in Manchester and Seabrook as part of their review of FSAR Section 13.1.
The Region personnel perfomed a preliminary review and identified areas for which additional clarification is required.
Enclosed is a description of the staff's specific concerns.
This list will provide a framework for discussions during the January 4 - 6 ineetings. Your representatives should be prepared to describe the responses to these concerns at that time.

(a) The technical and educational background and PWR experience of individuals assigned ;to the manag'ement of Seabrook Project activities, including identification and qualifications of the management official in overall charge of nuclear power.
(b) The qualification requirements forithose professional staff members not yet assigned.
(c) Specific milestone points for assignment of individuals to the staff.

(b) A description of the provisions made for support of nuclear activities by other sections of the corporate organization.
