Expiration of License The inspector contacted the licensee by phone on October 7,'1981 and notified him that license no. SNM-1559 had expired on August 31, 1981.
The licensee informed the inspector that he possessed no.special nuclear material nd wished to have his license terminated. This was confirmed in a-let e sent by the licensee to the Regional Office on November 20, 1981.
