On November 23, 1931, the Division of Licensing (DL) completed the review of your application dated November 11, 1981, and issued Amendment 9 to the facility license for McGuire Nuclear Station Unit No.1. Although you detemined that a Class III fee ($4,000) was appropriate for this application, a Class IV fee ($12,300) was remitted with your letter dated Hovember 19.
Dased on information provided by the DL staff as a result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee
($4,000) is appropriate for the November 11, 1981 application to revise the resctor coalant system flow rate to permit an option for operation at a reduced flow rate in conjunction with a reduced power level.
Consequently, we are concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $8,300 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed in approximately two weeks.
