By letter dated 11 arch 4,1981, your Company remitted Check No. A047931 for $12,700 in payment of Class IV ($12,300) and Class I ($400);.feest pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 for an application dated November 10, 1980. This application was filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for Technical Specification changes related to the THI-2 Lessons Learned items for Calvert Cliffs Unit Nos. -1 and 2.
As a result of a fee reanalysis by the O!!RR staff of the applications on Lessons Learned, it has now been determined that Classes III ($4,000) and I ($400) fees are appropriate for your November 10 application. Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $8,300 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed in approxi-mately two weeks.
