Gentlemen:
Subject: Report Nos. 50-369/81-32,and 50-370/81-22
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. N. Economos of
this office on November 18-19, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC License
No. NPF-9 and Construction Permit No. CPPR-84 for the McGuire Nuclear Station
facility and to the oiscussion of our findings held with Mr. W. M. Sample,
Project and Licensing Manager, at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews witt
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written applica-
tion to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date of
this letter.
Such application must be consistent with the .equirements of
2.790(b)(1).
Should you have any questions concerning this letter, we will be glad to discuss
