It is agreed that:

In Insuring Agreement III, " DEFINITIONS", solely with respect to an
" insured snipment" to which this policy applies as proof of financial protection required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Subdivision t 5 (2) of the definition of " nuclear energy hazard", as amended, is further g,0 amended to read:
