This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter pertaining to the future emergency exercise. Consideration should be given to the problem of submitting your new emergency plan and procedures prior to the exercise. Our records indi-cate that you will submit your new plan and procedures by January 15, 1982.
It is cur intent to have approximately two weeks to review your plan and procedures before the exercise. Please advise me as to what is the earliest date that we can expect to receive copies of your emergency plan and procedures.
