In response to Mr. B. J. Youngblood's letter dated Sept a ber 21, 1981, enclosed are five (5) copies of Amendment 6 of the "Ihysical Security Plan" for the Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station for your review.
It addresses physical examination for armed personnel, a proposed Auxiliary Access Portal for construction personnel, provisions for interim security clearances, and other miscellaneous changes. We request that in keeping with paragraph 2.790(d),10CFR2, this information be withheld fran public ('.sclosure.
