This refers to the meeting held at our request at your offices in Philadclphia,
Pennsylvania on September 4,1981. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss
the findings of the NRC Region I Systenatic Assessrent of Licensee Perfornance
(SALP) progran evaluation bord, relating to your perfomance in conducting
activities authorized by liRC License lies. OPR-44 and 56, and CPPR-106 and 107.
The nce: ting was attended by you, !!r. Daltroff, vid other nenbers of your staff,
and by nyself and nenbers of py staff. The subje-ts discussed at this necting
included the results of a regional SALP appriasal board.
It is our view that
it was beneficial and improved DJtual understanding of your Drogram and our
inspection efforts.
