CYCheng Gray File Your letter of November 10, 1981 requested an extension of the second forty-month inservice inspection interval for the Hatch Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1, from August 30, 1982 to January 5,1983, and of the subsequent forty-month intervals which would be rescheduled in accordance with completion of the second interval.
As your request does not conflict with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.554, Codes and Standards, and is allowed by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section YT, in Article IWA-2400, we have no objection to your proposed delay. --
