Piping Seismic Analysis flethods (McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 & 2)
By letter dated April 3,1981, we requested that you provide additional information regarding the McGuire piping seismic analysis methods. This request was reflected in Section 3.7.2 of the McGuire Safety Evaluation Report, Supplement No. 5 as well as Condition C.(9) of the McGuire Operating License, NPF-9.
Your letter of August 24, 1981, provided the staff with your response on this matter. Based on our review of the information provided, we conclude that it is acceptable and consider this matter resolved.
