Dear Mr. Stolz:
Your November 2,1981, letter transmitted to Florida Power Corporation, the Safety Evaluation Report for Crystal River Unit 3 Final Design and Implemen-tation of Safety-Grade Ancicipatory Reactor Trip ( ARTS) on Turbine Trip or Loss of Mair. Feadwater.
In the same letter you requested we transmit to you proposed Technical Speci fication (Surveillance Requirements, Limiting condi-tions for Operation, and Basis) for 1) reactor trip upon loss of main feed-cater, and 2) reactor trip upon main turbine trip.
This letter is to inform you that due to activities associated with our on-going refueling outage and implementation of many other NUREG-0737 items, we will submit the requested proposed Technical Specification change to you by February 1,1982.
