Dear Mr. Miraglia:

This responds to your November 3, 1981, letter regarding Fish and Wildlife Service's participation in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Environmental Review of the Seabrook Station, Unit #1, New Hampshire.

Thank you for providing us an opportunity to visit the project site and l

meet with Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Applicant's staffs on December 1, 1981.

By phone call to Mr. Bruce Beckley, Public Service Company of_New Hampshire, on November 16, we notified him that we have no comment to offer on the Environmental Report, Operating License Stage. We conclude that proposals for monitoring those aspects of plant operations that may have an impact on fish and wildlife resources are adequate for the protection of the resources.

Sincerely yours, L[0 Gordon E. Beckett Acting Area Manager 8112090301 811204 V)8 PDR ADOCK 05000443
