In accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) hereby transmits tea (10) copies of the revised H. B.
Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HER) Emergency Procedures. New or revised information is indicated by vertical bars in the margin of the appropriate pages. New procedures, as indicated by revision 0, do not have these vertical bars. Due to administrative delays, these procedures are not being submitted within the required thirty days. The required submittal date was October 23, 1981.
