The corrective action proposed by you in regard to the " Notice of Devia-

reviewed. You will be advised of the acceptability of your proposed

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the URC's " Rules of Practice",
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings
