Summary On June 4, 1930, the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) filed a moticn requesting the Commission to reconsider its order of May 16 (CLI-30-16) relat-ing to how post accident hydrogen control issues could be litigated in the TMI Unit I restart proceeding.

In its order the Commission denied a request to waive 10 CFR 50.44 and stated that hydrogen control issues could be litigated under - ~~
